PROJECT MANAGER (m/f)

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
– Prospect phase: conduct of technical site visits, preparation of visit reports and compilation of budget estimates.
– Project preparation phase: provision of advice on drawing up plans and dossier studies, and assistance with the preparation of permit files.
– Implementation phase:
– Preparation of orders for subcontractors
– Daily preparation, follow-up coordination and inspection of the work to be carried out
– Attendance at site meetings and deliveries – Checks of incoming accounts from subcontractors
– Preparation of AS Built files

You are a good communicator and succeed in motivating people. Above all, you are able to be the positive pivotal figure within the coordination structure of your construction project, with proactive vision and an accurate approach.

PROFILE: 

* Bachelor’s degree in construction; architect or equivalent with knowledge of structures, finishes and techniques
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and AUTOCAD and/or REVIT
* Ability to communicate in Spanish/English (knowledge of French or Dutch an asset)
* Flexible, stress resistant, dynamic, committed and a team-player
* Organisational insight and administrative accuracy – Sense of initiative and responsibility, good at working independently
* Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an equivalent position.
